National Pedestrian &
Bicycle Information Center

As a national leader in pedestrian and bicycle research and resources, the Pedestrian and Bicycle Information Center (PBIC) develops and shares resources vital to advancing mobility, access, equity, and safety for pedestrians and bicyclists. Our team contributes technical assistance and thought leadership to the center as a member of their core team of partners. This involves developing, synthesizing, promoting and distributing accurate and current bicycling and walking information. PBIC is supported by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and housed within the UNC Highway Safety Research Center in Chapel Hill, NC.
